Prior to selecting Launchpad, the Bermuda government relied on many manual processes, and Excel spreadsheets, with their current processes highly dependent on paper forms. Additionally, it was very difficult to get access to data on program progress, and service delivery.
The Government of Bermuda needed a system that would allow them to fully track the participation and the outcome of the current program while improving data capture and reporting.

Counselors can quickly and easily evaluate participants’ readiness for the workforce or securing job placements. Additionally, the system provides robust tracking capabilities for participant activities and achievements. This includes courses, training, and certifications.
Launchpad’s out-of-the-box features include:
Common intake - A configurable intake and assessment system which captures all the required data on a participant to match with programs.
Programs - A configurable module which enables agencies to track all of their federal and state programs, eliminating the need for multiple case management systems.
Eligibilities - A configurable integrated eligibilities engine that can define and validate program eligibility.
IEP - A unified place to track all Individual Employment Plans, Goals, tasks and progress.
Referrals - The capability to refer a participant to a training or service provider and program.
